Around 250 people are expected to take part in the parade as the Rifles exercise their right to the freedom of Barnstaple, granted to the Devonshire and Dorset Light Infantry regiment before it became the Rifles.

East and West were at hand to hand out pasties to all the troops, alongside a cake that we donated !
